Thank you for shopping with Pokkie Dot Bobbin! Every skein of yarn, handcrafted embroidery kit, and needle minder is carefully inspected and packaged by hand from our studio so that your crafting supplies arrive in pristine condition.

1. Studio Packaging & Processing Times

All in-stock orders are carefully prepared, packaged, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on Monday morning.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, you will immediately receive an automated shipment confirmation email containing your official tracking number.

2. Domestic Shipping & Rates (United States)

We ship nationwide across all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses.

3. International Shipping (Worldwide)

We proudly ship worldwide to international crafters across 25+ countries (including Australia, Austria, United Arab Emirates, and the Rest of the World). Rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated live at checkout based on weight and destination.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country once a shipment arrives. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. When available at checkout, DHL Express provides prepaid duty options so there are no unexpected delivery fees.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your package ships, tracking information will be sent directly to your email. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking scans in their system.

6. Order Changes & Address Corrections

We work quickly to prepare and ship your crafting supplies. If you notice an error in your shipping address or need to modify your order, please email us as soon as possible at pdbobbindesigns@gmail.com. Once a package has been labeled or dispatched, we cannot make any changes.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

We take tremendous care in packing your orders, but transit issues can occasionally happen. If your parcel arrives damaged or is missing an item:

Inspect your package upon arrival.
Email us within 48 hours of delivery at pdbobbindesigns@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
We will immediately make it right with a replacement or refund.
